The bananas that are used for the production of the Tostones are of the Hawaiian species, (Hua Moa) with a size and ideal thickness for the elaboration of Tostones, cultivated and processed in La Masica, already for many years. Currently most of the production is being marketed in restaurants and supermarkets in the city of Miami, Fl. USA.

We have a vast production to satisfy the growing demand of the international market to which it is exported, projecting to reach other markets with a competitive and quality product.
